Today we're going to be taking a look at the Amber LED warning light from Optronics. This beacon light for your vehicle provides a warning signal to increase safety. It's going to be ideal for towing, plowing, transportation, warehouse, and agricultural applications. It's going to feature a magnetic base that lets you easily mount to any vehicle roof. That also allows you to relocate the light quickly and easily. It's also going to have three pre-drilled holes in the base for a more permanent installation option as well. Mounting hardware for that option is not included. It's going to have the 12 foot long coiled power cord with the 12 volt DC plug. This will plug in to your vehicle's auxiliary outlet. This is a full LED system, the LEDs are bright, long-lasting, and energy-efficient. YOu'll see there it's got that tower in the center, surrounded by LEDS, it's going to contain a total of 36 diodes or 36 LEDs. The unit's also going to feature that durable surface inaudible 00:00:55 technology when it comes to the construction of the LED circuit board. That's going to better withstand shock and vibration and allow for improved heat distribution. This is an acrylic lens, nice durable construction, and it's going to have the black ABS plastic base. It is compatible with 12 volt DC and 24 volt DC systems. When it comes to the diameter of just the lens, so measuring this area here, we're looking at about 3 and 5/16ths of an inch, the overall height is going to measure around 3 and 5/8ths of an inch tall and the diameter of the base, that's going to measure 5 and 1/8th of an inch in diameter. Power draw at 10 to 30 volt DC is 0.5 amps and Optronics puts a lifetime warranty on the LEDs. We're going to go and hook it up to power, that way you can see what it looks like. Just got that nice flash pattern design. We'll also turn off our overhead light so you can see it in a lower light setting. So you can see here that it sends out a nice bright consistent signal. Again, multi-diode design is really going to help optimize that light output and once again it's going to contain a total of 36 diodes.
