Part 2 of the EMU (Expandable Multi-material Unit) assembly video series. Video Errata: 1. The top lid now uses an m3 20mm stand off to reinforce the front lip. It screws in using 2x M3x40 screws from either side of the lid. 2. The stepper wiring sequence on the JST connector is reversed vs. the wiring diagram. If you followed the video direction you'd need to invert the dir pin in your Happy Hare/stepper configuration. The EMU, the Expandable Multi-material Unit is a modular, flexible, upgradable, reliable and service-friendly MMU designed around the proven filamentalist V3 platform and made for Voron and klipper based printers. The EMU supports any number of lanes and base configurations; whether it is a single lane setup to assist filament loading, a dual lane configuration for endless spool, or a multi-lane, multi-box setup for multi-material printing. It is also expandable, with no re-printing of parts required when upgrading from a 2 lane to a multiple lane setup. This video focuses on assembling the dry box, installing the foam sealing, setting up the dry box electronics and twist lock mechanism.
