I'm running in a low power single slice configuration, and this video demonstrates the inter-connectivity of several different programs and how they operate as a unit. The station was very easy to configure. I didn't even have N1MM+ downloaded 15 minutes before the contest started. So I downloaded, did the update, did the configuration following the N1MM+ configuration guide lines from the Flex website and started the operation on time. My set up is a little customized since I ONLY populate my band-map from signals heard over the air, no internet spot. I'm running low power with vertical antennas and there isn't much percentage in populating my band-map with stations I'm unlikely to hear. The customization only required putting local-host settings and port numbers into the correct programs and initializing. My programs are Flex SDR running my 6700, N1MM+, CWskimmer, SDR-Bridge, DXlab Spot Collector, SDR-Bridge, DDUTIL, SSDR DAX, SSDR SmartCAT and the SSDR Winkey emulator, All of these are free except for Skimmer This is just my low power simple configuration for puttering around in this contest, primarily for populating band fills in my DXCC totals, is not about the competition and is an example of the possibilities. I could set it up as SO2R full duplex populating 2 skimmers on different bands or even more bands if I wanted, all controllable from the keyboard. My 6700 is set up to automatically choose the correct antenna with TX band change, and the tuner also immediately recalls the correct settings, though my contest antennas are resonant on CW. Lots of fun! 73 W9OY
