Plasma Cutter Problem - No Arc / Not Cutting, Any Suggestions? (*With Update 17/12/2019*)

**17/12/2019 Update**: Hello, have not logged in to check on the video, the problem was solved awhile back in 2015. For those who are still having similar issues: The problem had to do with the circuit boards. Had to eventually return the unit to the seller, they replaced the circuit boards and it worked fine after that. Alternatively you could bring the machine to a welding machine repair shop to check on the circuit boards. There was a comment on the video by someone that mentioned something about a faulty resistor on the circuit board. Not too sure if that was the issue, but for my case they had to replace the circuit boards for it to work. Thanks and all the best. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 11/6/2015 Problem: 1) No arc. 2) However when removed "Swirl Ring" Component, there is arc. Even though the arc is able to melt/cut through metal, it is NOT the correct cutting method (NOT Plasma Cutting), because the "Swirl Ring" is required for Plasma Cutting. What we have tried with no success: 1) Replaced all 3 components, "Swirl Ring", "Tip/Nozzle" and "Electrode". 2) Setting compressed air at different levels, 0.2-1MPa. 3) Removed casing to check, however to the eye, does not seem to have any irregularities or problems (no burnt circuit/electrical components).
