This talk is an extract from February's embodiment class. In this workshop recording, we explore the fear of survival and how it shapes our nervous system, often keeping us in a state of tension or hyper-vigilance, and affecting all areas of our life. Through guided embodiment practices, we gently reconnect with the body's innate ability to restore feelings of safety, ease, and openness. This session invites you to move beyond survival mode and into a deeper sense of grounding, trust, and self-regulation. The talk contains two practices: "The garden of safety" which is included in the recording, and "Pendulation, exploring fear and safety" which is linked here: Exploring fear and safety: • Видео 0:00 Start 3:30 Practice introduction 4:19 Guided practice - the garden of safety 11:47 Practice questions 13:03 Fear, safety and the nervous system 19:00 Q&A time ✨ If you enjoyed this talk let me know in the comments, give me a like or subscribe to my channel 💚 Subscribe to my newsletter and get a free body-led roadmap out of burnout and disconnection https://www.aleksandra-wruk.online/su... 🥰 Check out my Instagram page for updates, isights and inspiration / aleksandra.wruk
