Sailing on the TSL Earnslaw SD 480p

This goes back to January of 2019 when I had the very rare opportunity to sail aboard the only coal-burning steam ship in the southern hemisphere at Queenstown, New Zealand with the only lake steamer on Lake Wakatipu in operation in the form of the TSS Earnslaw. The ship is just as old as the Titanic and still is in fine shape with interior and triple-expansion steam engines working hard. There was also a brief opportunity to see the steam crane in operation prior to leaving that morning. It will likely be the only time I'll ever get to see with this great ship and wish that the lake steamers on Lake Tahoe were preserved as that would have been a great opportunity for preserving maritime heritage in that region.
