Thomastik Prazision Mandolin Strings Review

After years of hearing great things about these strings but being put off by the price, I've finally got round to giving them a go. The set I'm using here is Thomastik Prazision medium flatwound. They remind me a lot of the D'addario flat wound strings in tone and feel, although these are maybe slightly softer on the fingers than the D'addarios. The real test will be in their longevity, as extra cost will be worth it if they last for longer too. The tune is 'Dark Hollow' a bluegrass standard.
