ILS 6-Parallel Multimodal Polyolefins Process Development Reactor

The 6-Parallel multimodal process development reactor from ILS is a unique polyolefins R&D tool capable of rapid transitions between slurry, bulk and gas-phase synthesis. This capability including fully-independent control of all parameters as well as active gas headspace control makes it possible to reproduce large-scale, multimodal polyolefins synthesis in a high throughput mode. The unit has been completely chemically validated in the ILS laboratories. The modular design allows from 1 to many reactors with volumes from 500ml to 3L to be implemented. This powerful tool provides much better data quality with better scalability than more common small-scale high-throughput platforms available. Full integration in a glovebox with robotic slurries handling robot insures excellent reproducibility and prevents catalyst deactivation due to air or moisture contact.
