This 40 minute CONTROL Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Unilateral + Superset + Combo-Set + ABS contains 4 parts: Part 1: 12 unilateral exercises targeting legs, upper body push, and upper body pull movements. Part 2: 12 supersets targeting legs, upper body push, and upper body pull movements. Part 3: 12 combination exercises, mixing upper and lower body movements. Part 4: 5 abdominal exercises. We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 to 30 seconds of rest in between. Let's go!
