What sets Act 2 apart from Act 1 is the lack of swing, which means the notes that would previously fall on odd numbers now fall on even numbers, and the tempo values ("speed") now are closer to eachother. What I did last in this was the echo, I felt it needed something more because it felt a little too simple, and the echo gave it its own unique feeling that Act 1 doesn't have. I might have edited the volume macros again to adapt to the echo better, I don't remember what I did exactly, but doing that would make sense. The song was finished and I was ready to upload it, but I waited for some months until I could find a way to do the mockup picture for the video. I uploaded Act 1 a while ago, and I got a comment about the note changes around 0:36, and to be honest I didn't even remember I ever did that change. I was gonna reply to that comment but it got deleted, I don't know if Youtube did it automatically or if whoever commented did it themselves, but it wouldn't be the first time a comment I was about to reply to got deleted for no reason. Anyways, after listening to it again, only two notes were different in my cover, one of them (note D-3 in pattern 12, row 8, channel 2) I'm pretty sure I changed to avoid having a minor 2nd interval 'cus those sound terrible more often than not, but in this it doesn't sound bad at all, so I changed it back. I think that might be because of the vibrato that softens the dissonance, I don't know if I had it before bending up the note, but something must've felt wrong to feel the need to change it. The other change was at the end (note D-3 in pattern 13, row 24, channel 3), I moved it up a half step up because it was more uplifting and I liked it a lot, so I kept it. I forgot that was a change I made too, and when I listened to the original Mushroom Hill I would sometimes pick that up but forget what it was, and now thanks to that comment I remembered to finally change it back, at least just for Act 2.
