Hey everyone! Welcome to Week 3 of the Switch On Diet by Dr. Park Yong Woo. This week continued focusing on intermittent fasting, supporting metabolism and breaking weight-loss plateaus, key factors for faster fat loss and better energy. Week 3 included two 24-hour intermittent fasting. I stayed hydrated, balanced electrolytes and kept my activity light. After the week, I felt slimmer, more energized and less bloated, which helped boost fat burning and maintain muscle. In this video, I share my full Week 3 routine: my fasting day, all my meals, what I ate to stay full, meal prep ideas and how I structured my eating window to support fat metabolism. These tips helped me lose 3kg in three weeks while staying consistent and energized. By the end of Week 3, I noticed reduced bloating, better digestion and a more defined look overall.
