This restaurant-style chicken is thickly coated in a rich, spicy masala — not a gravy, but a perfectly clingy masala-coated fry. Made without soy sauce or garam masala, this recipe focuses on fresh garlic, green chillies and curry leaves for that authentic Hyderabadi flavour. It’s perfect as a starter, side dish or even with rumali roti. Simple ingredients, powerful taste and no artificial gravy — just pure spicy masala goodness.
