⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 鰈魚粥 材料: 急凍鰈魚1包 白米半膠杯 皮蛋1隻 腐竹皮少量 薑絲少許 處理: 1. 鰈魚,清水解凍。 2. 白米,清水浸2分鐘。 3. 腐竹皮,清水浸2分鐘。 4. 白米已浸了2分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨。 烹調: 1. 大火煲滾1升水。 2. 水滾後,加入白米。 3. 再滾起時,轉中慢火,用筷子隔住煲蓋,避免粥滾瀉,煲15分鐘。 4. 魚已解凍,倒去水分,加入粗鹽1茶匙乸5分鐘,去除腥味、雪味及加入少許鹹味。 5. 薑,切絲。 6. 皮蛋,1開8。 7. 魚已醃了5分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙輕手索乾。 8. 魚柳,每件1開3。 9. 魚柳調味: a. 生粉1茶匙 b. 雞粉半量匙 c. 胡椒粉少許 d. 油1茶匙 撈勻,醃10分鐘。 10. 粥已煲了10分鐘,攪勻至綿滑。 11. 加入腐竹皮。 12. 加入滾水,調校稀稠度,攪勻。 13. 轉最慢火,煲10分鐘。 14. 粥已煲了10分鐘,加入魚柳,不要攪動它,再滾5分鐘,用筷子隔起煲蓋。 15. 又滾了5分鐘,加入皮蛋及薑絲,滾2分鐘。 16. 滾了2分鐘,完成。 17. 可享用。 Flounder porridge Ingredients: Frozen flounder 1 pack Plain rice 0.5 measure cup Century egg 1 No. Bean curd little Shredded ginger little Preparation: 1. Tapioca starch 1 tsp b. Chicken powder 0.5 measure spoon c. Pepper little d. Oil 1 tsp Mix well, season for 10 minutes. 10. Porridge has been cooked for 10 minutes. Stir it until it becomes silky soft. 11. Put bean curd. 12. Add boiled up water to adjust the thickness of the porridge. Mix well. 13. Turn to low flame, cook for 10 minutes. 14. Porridge has been cooked for 10 minutes. Put fish fillet, do not stir it, cook for 5 minutes more. Put a pair of chopsticks between the pot and its lid. 15.
