ALIBABA Trade Assurance order Case #1000385045482 Order #16199012501044671 This is the Video Proof filmed on 2026-01-28, requested by both Seller and Alibaba, of the fact that the delivered grinder, manufactured by MHW-3BOMBER, model F74 G5917 400W Serial Number DM25060879) is NOT WORKING. After more than 80 different grinding tests, in 2 consecutive days: 1. on different power supplies as Seller suggested; 2. regardless of the grinding speed from 800 to 1600; 3. regardless of the size of the grind setting from1 to 90;. 4. regardless of the grinding modes A1, A2 or M; 5. regardless of the Manufacturer and type of coffee beans The delivered grinder is not capable of grinding but only 1 or maximum 2 beans of coffee, at a time, and that means even 5-6 minutes for 21 grames. Which is unacceptable vs the technical description from the Seller Alibaba page attached. I use only Good Quality Premium ARABICA Medium to Dark coffee beans like Davidoff, Lavazza, Illy, Kimbo, Melitta, Julius Meinl or Dallmayr, that are not very hard to crash, even on hand grinders. Even if I feed the beans after starting the grinding as Seller is describing in his Alibaba page of this product, after each 1-2-3-4 seconds, the grinder`s motor stops for 2-3-4 seconds, then restarts, but jams again immediately, repeatedly. Until the E2 error appears. After restarting the grinder, this jam repeats indefinitely. The only way to grind 21 grams of beans for espresso, is to put the beans in the hopper one by one. But even so, the resulting ground coffee is very uneven in size, generating intensive hot water channeling in the screen cup, regardless of the type of screen cup used—flat bottom with straight edges, or conical with a base smaller than 58 mm, or the number of holes at the base, whether Gaggia, ISM, or Ikape. And even when set to 1 out of 90, the resulting grinded coffee does have the minimum size possible for Moka or even Pour-Over. Thus, the resulting 21 grams produce a flow of maximum 11 seconds for 42 grams of espresso, with a very bad taste. Even though I used the same settings for my GAGGIA Classic EVO Pro espresso machine, when I tested all the beans ground with this equipment, using the recommended settings for espresso, I obtained an espresso of the poorest quality, bland in taste, without aroma or sweetness, no body, with a very unpleasant sour taste, certainly the worst quality espresso I have ever made. It is much poorer in quality than even the same coffee beans grinded with the cheapest and worst quality manual grinder with a ceramic head, from Temu, Alibaba, Aliexpress, or even Trendyol. I immediately requested technical assistance from the Seller, and since then, through Alibaba messages, I have tried all of the seller's suggestions on a daily basis. Until I realized that the Seller actually has no solution to fix this defect, as I mentioned in numerous exchanges with him via Alibaba Messages, starting on 2026-01-26 at 21:13. I informed the Seller that I do not want to return this grinder, that I was willing to make any adjustments or calibrations they could suggest to make it work properly, but if they could not make it work within the parameters specified on their Alibaba page, I would be forced to request a full refund and return. The fact that the seller immediately agreed to refund a small portion of the paid money, without any objection, clearly demonstrates that the Seller was aware of the defect of this grinder and yet sold and shipped it to Romania. Therefore, all of the seller's arguments regarding the refusal of a full refund and return are contradicted by their own actions. Therefore, I am compelled to request a return and full refund of the whole amount paid through Alibaba (product and transport), invoking Alibaba Moneyback protection, and claim a full refund of my order, as long as it was delivered on intent, with serious malfunction problems. I would like to make an official statement - that all fees for transferring the entire amount of USD 582.13 back to my account, must be paid by the Seller, as I, in turn, bore all the fees at the time of payment so that USD 582.13 would reach the Seller's account. Also, just as I paid the full cost of delivery in advance, the full cost of return shipping must be paid in advance by the Seller.
