In August of 2024, Steffen and I had the chance to cross the whole Madeira Island (not just once but twice!) on foot! It was an extraordinary Hiking adventure, following roughly the Madeira Island Ultra-Trail (MIUT) through some of the most breathtaking and scenic places we've ever encountered! In this series be part of our journey from the east- to the westcoast and back...
