Postpartum Dumbbell Workout | Full Body Strength | 25 Minutes 🤍 This 25-minute postpartum full body dumbbell workout is designed as a progression from my gentle Postpartum Flow session. In this class, we add light dumbbells to help rebuild strength safely after pregnancy while maintaining control, stability, and proper core engagement. This class focuses on gentle full body strengthening, core stability and reconnecting after pregnancy, glutes and lower body strength, upper body toning. Controlled, low-impact movement This workout is suitable for: Postpartum moms (with medical clearance), beginners returning to exercise, anyone looking for a controlled, low-impact strength session. Equipment needed: Light dumbbells (1–3kg recommended) A mat ⚠️ Important: Please ensure you have been cleared by your healthcare provider before beginning postpartum exercise. Move within your limits and stop if you experience discomfort.
