This video shows two ways of making dotted circles each of which uses a different Illustrator tool. One uses the distort and transform tools to make the dots automatically and the other is a simple copy and scale technique - again with an automated feature built in so you don't have to do all the work. Each produces a different style of dotted circle. Once you have made your dotted circles see how to recolor them using the Live Color tools which are so much fun to use and so smart!
