This floor barre workout is a combination of pilates and ballet exercises designed for dancers to increase flexibility and strength, particularly in the hips for great ballet turn out. If you are an adult ballet beginner, this floor barre class is great for improving range of motion and strength so that you can improve your technique, all while having fun!
