Nothing beats a hot bowl of Anda Ka Halwa during cold winter days ❄️🥚 This rich, traditional dessert is slow-cooked with love and patience, making it super soft, aromatic, and comforting. Perfect for winters and special occasions ✨ 🥚 Ingredients: 10 eggs 1½ tsp orange food colour 4 cups milk 1½ cups sugar Ghee (as required) Cashews (fried) Dry fruits of choice for garnish 👩🍳 Method (Kadhai Style): In a large bowl, beat 10 eggs very well until smooth. Add 1½ tsp orange food colour and beat again until evenly mixed. Add 4 cups milk little by little, mixing well after each addition. Add 1½ cups sugar and beat the mixture properly until sugar dissolves. Heat ghee in a kadhai, fry the cashews until golden, remove and keep aside. Pour the prepared egg mixture into the same kadhai. Cook on low to medium flame, stirring continuously. Keep stirring patiently for about 1 hour until the halwa thickens and all moisture disappears. Add 1 tbsp ghee at the end and cook for a few more minutes for a rich finish. Turn off the flame, garnish with fried cashews and your favourite dry fruits.
