The Ugly Duckling Challenge is a furniture transformation challenge, where each participant found an "ugly duckling" and made it something completely different. I chose a piece to fix up that I didn't think I could make something of after I started realizing that it was mostly falling apart. There were a lot of repairs made. It put me out of my comfort zone a bit, and I tried three new products, which all came together quite nicely.
