This recipe is easy to follow and perfect for a comforting family dinner! 📝 Ingredients for Kofta: • 450 g / 1 lb ground beef • Half bunch parsley, finely minced • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp salt • Black pepper (optional, to taste) 📝 Ingredients for Creamy Sauce: • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 200 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half • 250 ml heavy cream • 150 ml chicken broth • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce • 1 tspn Parmesan cheese • 1 tsp salt 📝 Ingredients for Pilav: • 2.5 cups rice • 60 g butter • 3.5–4 cups water 👩🍳 Tips for Perfect Kofta: ✔️ Mix all the kofta ingredients together thoroughly. ✔️ Knead the mixture well so the meat binds properly with the herbs and spices. This helps shape the kofta easily. ✔️ Make sure the oil is hot before frying to get a nice golden crust. 🍚 Tips for Fluffy Pilav: ✔️ First, cook the rice in butter for a few minutes to lightly toast it. ✔️ Then add the water and let it steam on low heat until fully cooked. ✔️ Keep the lid closed while cooking for best results.
