This No-Bake Biscuit Cake is an easy and impressive dessert made without an oven. It features a buttery biscuit base, smooth vanilla cream layer, fluffy whipped caramel, and a rich chocolate peanut topping. This dessert is creamy, crunchy, and perfect for any occasion. No baking required! ⸻ Ingredients Biscuit Base • 1 pack petit beurre biscuits • 60 g melted butter Cream Layer • 1 egg • 2 cups (500 ml) milk • 7 g vanilla powder • 4 tbsp sugar • 6 tbsp cornstarch • 60 g melted butter Caramel Layer • 5 tbsp sugar • 60 g butter • 1 cup whipped cream Chocolate Peanut Layer • 300 g chocolate • 150 g peanuts ⸻ Instructions Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base 1. Crush the petit beurre biscuits into fine crumbs. 2. Add melted butter and mix until fully combined. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your dish to form an even base. 4. Place in the refrigerator while preparing the cream. ⸻ Step 2: Make the Cream 1. In a saucepan, add egg, milk, sugar, vanilla powder, and cornstarch. 2. Mix well until smooth. 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. 4. Remove from heat and add melted butter. Mix well. 5. Pour the cream over the biscuit base. 6. Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface. 7. Refrigerate until completely cooled. ⸻ Step 3: Prepare and Whip the Caramel 1. In a pan, melt the sugar over medium heat until golden brown. 2. Add butter and stir until melted and smooth. 3. Add whipped cream and mix well until combined. 4. Pour caramel into a separate bowl and let it cool. 5. Remove the cake from the refrigerator. 6. Using a mixer, whip the caramel until it becomes smooth and fluffy. 7. Spread the whipped caramel evenly over the cream layer. ⸻ Step 4: Prepare Chocolate Peanut Topping 1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute. Stir it well after melting. 2. Add peanuts and mix well. 3. Pour the chocolate peanut mixture over the caramel layer and spread evenly. ⸻ Step 5: Chill and Serve 1. Refrigerate the cake for at least 3–4 hours or until fully set. 2.
