In the new episode of the artim film series, Marcin Rząsa talks about his sculptural work and the story of a unique place – his family home, which houses the Antoni Rząsa Gallery and the sculpture studio he inherited from his father. The artist shares details about working with wood and reflects on the laconic style characteristic of his creations. Marcin Rząsa lives and works in Zakopane, where, since 1986, he and his wife Magda Ciszewska-Rząsa have run the Antoni Rząsa Gallery. His works have been presented at cultural instituons in Poland and abroad. He is also the author of the permanent exhibition at the Oksza Villa – a branch of the Tatra Museum – and a licensed Tatra mountain guide.
