We’re back with our second Community Conversation of Season 3! Today, we celebrate the strength, leadership and heart of the women that help shape our community every single day. Here in the Municipality of Shelburne, women are building businesses, raising families, supporting neighbours, leading organizations, mentoring youth and creating change, often quietly and always powerfully. International Women’s Day is a reminder that progress happens when our women are supported, valued and given space to thrive in our workplaces, our schools, our homes and our communities. To the women featured in this video and to every woman and girl in our community — thank you. Thank you for your courage, your compassion, your resilience and your contributions that make this place stronger. Today we celebrate YOU.
