I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University in 2015 and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration in 2018. Most recently, I became a certified Life Coach through Grand Canyon University. Over the years, I’ve served as a Sunday School teacher, public school educator, and program leader for at-risk youth across Northern Arizona. Since 2018, I’ve also worked as an Alternative Teaching and Student Teaching Site Supervisor for Grand Canyon University. After six years in the classroom, I transitioned into the role of Behavioral Specialist for Park and Hulet Elementary and currently serve as Student Services Coordinator. Every step of my journey has been guided by a desire to empower students, strengthen relationships, and build communities where every learner can thrive. / 1jpmqbttuz https://www.instagram.com/simply_shee... ========================================================== #TeacherBurnout #TeacherResilience #FaithInTeaching #TeacherSupport #TeachingChallenges #EducatorEncouragement #TeacherTalkPodcast =========================================================== 00:00 The Heart of Teaching: Struggles and Burnout 10:37 Finding Balance: Boundaries in Education 20:13 Faith and Resilience: The Role of Spirituality in Teaching 29:48 Understanding Student Behavior: The Importance of Relationships 31:46 Navigating Frustration and Inadequacy 33:47 The Importance of Passion in Education 35:44 Encouraging New Educators 38:41 The Impact of Education and Teacher Resilience 39:55 Restoring Joy in Teaching
