At this piont, we only do five of the eight steps, the other three we do after we have submitted evidence to QCTO. Five of the eight steps (the ones we do now) are: 1. Manage expectations (of the process in general) 2. Familiarise yourself with the QMS, atleast at a basic level 3. Secure an agreement with your trainer. 4. Prepare your learning material for presentation. 5. Gather documents and evidence to submit to QCTO as evidence that you are eligible and can be a compliant training provider.
