This video is part of a video series showing South African training providers how to do their own QCTO accreditation. QMS used in this video series: https://limegreentraining.co.za/produ... ******************* Monitoring: Prepare your venue for the audit 1. Access to venue: Ensure you have acess to the venue (e.g. if you are using a venue on an ad-hoc basis, ensure it is available for the audit date) 2. Set up the venue as if you are training an imaginary learners, so that you can demonstrate to your auditor it is appropriat and equipped for training. 3. In your setup, ensure all necessary equipment is in place. This means general training equipment (desk, chair, paper, projector, manuals etc) but also specific equipment (e.g. for first aid you need manikins, an AED trainer, and consumables like bandages etc). 4. Your QMS is the audit, and you are generally audited at the training venue. If you have an admin and training venue that are seperate, by default the audit is at the training venue. So ensure the QMS is there; it is a central part of the audit. 5. Health and safety must be in place. You will have a site health and safety report in place already (see previous videos) but also ensure that when the auditor arrives that health and safety is in place, according to your report, and in general. 6. The forms by which you are audited that are specific to the site include Form 3 (leanring material form that also indicates the site is ready), Form 5 (this is the evaluation form that your QMS is aligned to) and the site readiness form (a form I provide clients to help them prep their site). 7. Ensure your site is ready and if you've done all of that, your site is ready for the audit. To purchase the QMS in this video, see link below: https://limegreentraining.co.za/produ...
