Our technical expert Richard Walsh, will highlight the changes to the revised ISO 50001 standard and how they will have an impact on your energy management system now that there is ONLY ONE YEAR LEFT TO TRANSITION! Originally published in 2011, ISO 50001 has enabled organizations to follow a systematic approach in achieving continual improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption. ISO 50001 has undergone a comprehensive review to ensure that it continues to meet the ever-changing needs of energy users across all industries. This video is particularly useful for those organizations that choose to operate an integrated management system that combines the requirements of two or more other systems. This now brings the standard into line with the other recently amended standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
