Cook until light brown. Now add 2 staranise, 3 black cardamom, 8-10 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leaves and 1 tbsp cumin and cook for 2 minutes. Now add 750g Mutton mince and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste, 6-7 chopped green chilies and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Now add 2 tomatos and 1-1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chili, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp corainder powder, 1 tbsp chili flakes and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add 125g yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 500g choliya and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add 1-1/2 tsp garam masala and 1.6 liter water and cook mince on pressure for 12 minutes. Once cooked and 200g pre soaked rice and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once water and rice are on same level cook the rice on dum for 15 minutes. The Pulao is then ready to be served!
