Four months after the sudden death of her husband, 35‑year‑old Saroj is now the sole caregiver for four school‑going children — Lalita (class 9), Krishna (class 7), Dimple (class 2) and Yashraj (class 1). Earning roughly ₹4,500 a month through occasional labor, she struggles to meet daily needs: food, medicines, clothes and school supplies. Their home is partially built, with an improvised bath area, no proper toilet, leaky tin roofing and irregular water. The family received lifesaving relief through Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s “Annapurna Muhim”: regular ration supplies, cooking oil, milk powder, spices, soaps, shoes, school bags, notebooks and clothes for the children. The initiative also issues a ration card with a helpline so families can request fresh supplies when needed. This video documents the distribution, interviews with family members and local volunteers, and explains how the program identifies and supports truly needy households.
