This combination allows the brain to shift into slower, more restorative brainwave states with greater ease. In this session, we will: Begin with gentle self-massage to release stored tension in the body Practice slow breathing with a 4-count inhale and a 6-count exhale using puckered lips to stimulate relaxation Finish with left-nostril breathing, a powerful technique for calming the nervous system and supporting deep rest This is an ideal practice if you’re feeling overstimulated, tense, emotionally full, or simply in need of grounding and nervous system regulation.
