Calories and protein per serving Breakfast baked oats - 250 cals, 14g protein Nandos lunch box - 667 cals, 45g protein Chocolate lava cake - 198 calories, 8g protein Breakfast baked oats 200g rolled oats 60g protein powder 2 ripe bananas 300ml skim milk (you may need more or less depending on the brand of protein powder you use) 1 tsp baking powder 22g peanut butter 53g strawberry jam 1. Add the bananas to a baking dish and mash before adding the rest of the ingredients excluding the peanut butter and jam and stir to combine. 2. Add the peanut butter and jam to the top of the mixture, marble into the mixture and bake at 180C for 30-35 mins. 3. Allow to cool before slicing up and enjoying! Nandos lunch box 600g skinless and boneless chicken thighs 1kg maris piper potatoes (cubed) 2 tbsp olive oil 25g peri peri seasoning 8 slices halloumi 160g tendereste broccoli Salt & pepper 1. Chop your potatoes into cube, toss in 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and get into the oven as early as you can to ensure they cook properly (I’m using a baking dish in the video but would recommend a baking sheet actually for quicker cooking) 2. Coat the chicken 1 tbsp olive oil and the peri peri seasoning and set to the side to marinate. Once marinated add to a baking dish and cook for 25 - 30 mins. 3. Dry fry the halloumi and boil the broccoli. Chocolate lava cake 8 tbsp self raising flour 4 tbsp unsweetened coca powder 4 tbsp low calorie sweetener 4 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt 8 tbsp skim milk 4 square of dark chocolate Few sprays of Frylight in each ramekin Pinch of flakey salt 1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the square of chocolate and Frylight 2. Grease a ramekin with the sprays of frylight 3. Put half the batter into the ramekin, add the square of chocolate and top with the remaining batter. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 8-10 minutes until the corners are cooked and the top is gooey whenever you want one. (Also cooks well in an air fryer!)
