I hope you'll enjoy the video! ✨ I'll give you the general recipe. I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it. [Sesame dressing] 1 tbsp white sesame seeds 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp mayonnaise [Mushrooms butter Miso soup] 2 Shiitake mushrooms 1 pack Maitake mushrooms 500ml Dashi soup 1 tbsp white Miso 1/2 tbsp Miso [Cod and turnip with egg sauce] 2 slices cod 3 turnips 200ml water A little salt 2 tbsp Sake *Sauce 1 egg All the cod and turnip broth 1 tbsp Mirin 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce Potato starch dissolved in water (2 tsp potato starch and 4 tsp water) [Turnip leaf Onigiri] 1.5 cup rice (Cooked in 1.5 cups of water.) 3 turnip leaves 2 tbsp dried shrimp 3 tbsp tempura bits 2 pinches salted kelp A little salt [Purple cabbage pickled in Sudachi (Japanese citrus) vinegar] 1/16 purple cabbage 1/2 tsp salt 5 Sudachi (only juice) 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp kombu powder *Sprinkle salt on shredded red cabbage, rub well, leave for a while, and squeeze out the water. *Dip the cabbage in the seasoning mixture. [Celery and minced chicken with Hijiki] 1 celery 150g minced chicken 10g dried Hijiki seaweed 2 tbsp Sake 1 tbsp sugar 1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce [Fried Japanese taro and green beans stew] 3 taro 10 green beans 4 Shiitake mushrooms Appropriate amount frying oil 120ml Dashi soup 1/2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp Mirin 2 tbsp soy sauce [Salmon and salmon roe rice] 2 cup rice 3 slices salmon Appropriate amount salmon roe Appropriate amount Mitsuba (Japanese herbs) 1 piece ginger 330ml water 1 tbsp Mirin 2 tbsp soy sauce A little salt [Persimmon soy milk yogurt salad] 1 persimmon 3 tbsp soy milk yogurt (drained) 1 tsp white Miso A little salt [Turnip pickled in ginger] 2 turnip (rub with salt not included in the recipe) 2 cloves ginger 1 chili pepper About 5 cm kelp 200ml water 1 and 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp Mirin 2 tbsp rice vinegar [Pumpkin and red bean stew] 1/4 pumpkin 1 packet red bean rice base (Sakuraan brand products) 100ml water 2 tsp sugar [Squid and mushroom fried and marinated] 1 flying squid About 2 king oyster mushrooms 1/2 onion 1/2 carrot 1 chili pepper 4 tbsp Dashi soup 3 tbsp Mirin A little salt 3 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce Appropriate amount potato starch Appropriate amount frying oil [Yellowtail marinated in miso and Shio-koji] 2 slices sardines 2 tbsp Miso 2 tbsp Shio-koji (Salted Koji) 1 tbsp Mirin 1 piece ginger [Pre-seasoned frozen chicken breast] 3 chicken breasts 500ml water 2 tsp salt [Grandma's green pepper stir-fried pork] 200g thin slices pork 5 green peppers A little salt A little pepper 2 tbsp Sake 1 tbsp soy sauce Potato starch dissolved in water (1/2 tsp potato starch and 2 tsp water) #japanvlog #japanesecuisine #nushikitchen #4K
