Note: To avoid the wadeh from becoming oil, ensure when the dough has risen, immediately fry in very hot cooking oil. Otherwise the wadeh will absorb oil & become oily. Important Tip: FYI when you add tanzhong, the wadeh will remain soft even after keeping it in the fridge. But please ensure that you follow the method or technique on how to reheat the wadeh using airfryer, oven or toaster oven.
