Cook the peas separately . keep them a side. Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.. Add green chilly and curry leaves .. Saute for few seconds and add chopped onion , crushed mix of ginger-garlic - fennel seeds and salt … Saute well till the onion become light brown in colour … Now add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder and garam masala .. saute for 1 minute.. Then add chopped tomato ,mix well and close the kadai with a lid for 2 minute… By this time tomato will be cooked ..Now add the cooked vegetables , mix well …Boil well for 5 minutes Then add coconut milk .. No need of boiling after adding coconut milk .. Remove the kadai from the stove Finely add fresh chopped coriander leaves .. Close the pan for 2 minutes b4 serving .. So the very tasty vegetable kurma is ready to serve …. Its a good combination with chapathy,batura ,poori,idiyappam,palappam even with dosa and idly.. Note If u want u can add cashewnut paste instead of coconut milk…
