In Pile Foundation, Our first Stage is Boring of hole where i have to Add Casing.For Boring of Holes, We First Check The Ordinates w.r.t Surveyor Instrument Specially Total Station and Make The Point where The Bore Hole Should Made. Then we connect the center of Bucket with that point and starts the process of Boring. We Will Provide The Boring Upto The Required Depth of Casing. Instrument Used For first Step of Bore Cast-in-situ Pile are 1. Surveyor Instrument- Total Station 2. Mait Machine Using Bucket having Boring Machine Head Point in Center 3. Bentonite Pipe Here Bentonite Pipe Is Used for Stabilisation of Soil and To Prevent in Collapse of Soil.This pipe Contains Bentonite Drilling fluid which will stick to the soil corresponding to bore hole. For Use of Bentonite Pipe- We First Add Bentonite into tanker at different-2 percentage according to site condition and soil property and then serve the bentonite through pipe.Viscosity, Density and Ph Value of Bentonite is also the factor which should be decided before Adding it.
