We have lived on the Norfolk/Suffolk border for 20 years and thought we had explored most of the coast. For some reason, we have never made it to Felixstowe, mainly because we thought it was just a port; how wrong we were. We end up staying in Felixstowe for a few days as it is simply beautiful here. There is so much to see and do and the diverse surrounding countryside is incredible.
