Here is the step-by-step recipe to make it at home: Ingredients 1 Liter Milk 2 tbsp Custard Powder 1 cup Sugar Saffron (Kesar) Jelly Powder (with premix) Condensed Milk (Milkmed) Amul Fresh Cream Fruits: Pomegranate, Grapes, Apple, Banana Instructions 1. Prepare the Jelly: Mix the jelly powder and premix with hot water according to the package instructions (0:45). Pour into a bowl and let it set in the fridge for 45 minutes (1:06). 2. Make the Custard Base: In a small bowl, mix custard powder with a little cold milk (0:12). Heat 1 liter of milk and slowly add the custard mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps (0:36-1:20). 3. Sweeten and Flavor: Add one cup of sugar (1:30) and a few strands of saffron (1:42) to the boiling custard. Mix well and let it cool. 4. Add Cream and Fruits: Once the custard has cooled down, mix in sweetened condensed milk (2:23) and Amul fresh cream (2:43). Then, fold in chopped pomegranate, grapes, apple, and banana (3:09-3:51). 5.
