Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Conor built his foundation in wrestling before transitioning fully into Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts. From 2006 to 2012, he competed professionally at lightweight and welterweight in major organizations including Strikeforce, EliteXC, and the IFL. Known for his technical grappling, calm pressure, and emphasis on control, Conor developed a reputation as a composed and dangerous competitor. After retiring from professional MMA, he shifted his focus to coaching and entrepreneurship. In 2018, he founded 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Denver and later helped open 10th Planet Longmont, building one of Colorado’s premier no-gi programs under the 10th Planet system. With decades of grappling experience and a background in English and communications, Conor brings a thoughtful, technical perspective to fighting, training, and leadership on the mats.
