In this episode, we engineer the Vetronics Deck (Vehicle Electronics). This rear-mounted "T-Profile" structure allows us to reclaim the dead space above the rear motors, creating a high-density housing for our primary power distribution system. This component is a masterclass in Volumetric Optimization—cantilevering the Arduino Nano, 5V Hub, and Buck Converter over the drivetrain while routing high-current battery cables through a hollow internal structural conduit.
