Use 100g of almonds for vegan version). Oil as needed 450g of noodles of your preference Instructions: *** WEAR AN APRON or avoid wearing clothes that could stain. 1. Fill up your pot with water, add salt if you'd like and bring it to a boil. 2. Once water is boiling, add your noodles and cook until done. 3. Wash your spinach and basil so they're ready to add to the blender. 4. In your blender, add your cheese and milk or make your almond milk first. 5. Then add your spinach and basil to the blender as well as a bit of oil and salt to taste. 6. Do not overblend your sauce. Once it's finely blended, turn it off. 7. Put a pot on high heat with a splash of oil. 8. Add your sauce mix to the pot and cook it for 5-10 minutes until you see the color of the sauce change to bright green and the bubbles look "fat or chunky" because excess water has evaporated. 9. Add your noodles to the sauce and enjoy! 10.
