Inscryption and The Way Games Change

Just like I promised in the 5 Favourite Games video, here it is, my long time coming look at Inscryption, a game that so thoroughly infested my brain that I couldn't give up on it, even when making this video almost did me in entirely. After calling it my game of the year for 2021 I figured I had to talk through this game I'm stuck with in my mind now. I love a lot of what this game has to say about games and the way we interact with them. It puts so many of the unspoken angles of "gaming" into words and I wanted to try and outline how those ideas hit me, in all the layers and concepts it explores.
