As another 8th of January passes, it just cements that Def Leppard, and Steve, feel like 'home' to me. Finding any excuse to cover another song in a different way with these live versions just brings me right back to when I started out, trying to learn all these cool riffs and solos. I have great memories of just having so much fun and being blown away watching the In The Round concert to see how the guys did it. Steve will always be the most inspiring to me and the music he was involved with always be my happy place. I'm forever learning from him and this live version of Let It Go really showcases his technical proficiency and opens my eyes to new fingerings and passages. Sure, this concert is maybe a bit fast and rough, but it's pure energetic youth of a band breaking into a new stratosphere. I hope you enjoy!
