This isn’t a high-intensity workout. It isn’t about pushing harder or chasing exhaustion. This is a grounded kettlebell session — built around strength, stability, rotation, and listening to the body. Over the past while, I’ve been realising that burnout doesn’t always come from doing too little or too much. Often, it comes from moving without rhythm — training without awareness — forcing the body instead of inhabiting it. This session focuses on: • full-body strength • core stability and rotation • controlled movement over speed • building trust with your body again It’s part of my Physical Reset series — where movement leads first, and clarity follows. You’ll see some exercises marked with a ⭐ on screen. Those are simply the ones I personally liked the most — the ones I could really feel working, and that I’ll likely keep in my own routine. Workout structure: • 12 kettlebell exercises • 4 sections of 3 exercises • 10 reps per exercise • If it’s one-sided, do 10 each side I used a 10kg kettlebell for this session. I also own an 8kg, but didn’t use it here — so if you’re starting out, I’d recommend trying a 10kg and a 12kg, and seeing how you get on. This isn’t about perfect form or performance. It’s about moving with control, breathing through the work, and finishing feeling better than when you started.
