On this episode of cooking every national dish, Ndole from Cameroon Ndole from Cameroon 1 kg of diced meat 1 onion Juliane 2 tsp of salt 4 maggi cubes 2 cups of peanuts 2 scotch bonnets 2 cups of olive oil 1 Tbsp of minced ginger 1 Tbsp of Minced garlic 400 gr of washed bitter leaves 1/4 cup of powder crayfish 1 Tbsp of olive oil 1 Tbsp of Butter 20 -30 shrimp in a pot combine 3 cups of water with the meat, ¼ of the onion, 1 tsp of salt and 2 maggi cubes. cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. strain the meat from the broth and set them both aside. add the peanuts to a pot and add 6 cups of water. boil them for 20 minutes. and strain them add the boiled peanuts to a blender along with the scotch bonnets and enough broth to cover them. blend until smooth and set aside. add 1 cup of oil to a big pot and fry the remaining of the onion for 2 minutes add the peanut smoothie, the ginger, the garlic, 2 maggi cubes, the rest of the beef broth and 1 tsp of salt. stir it all together, cover and cook on medium heat for 15 min. add the meat, washed bitter leaves, crayfish and 1 cup of olive oil. mix very well cover and cook on high for 5 minutes. in a frying pan heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil and 1 Tbsp of butter. cook the shrimp for 2 minutes per side. serve the ndole with some shrimp sprinkle on top. -enjoy. #Cameroon #Ndole #cameroonianFood #bitterleaves #bitter #stew #NationalDish #yumm #foodtok #Cooking #Food #GoodFood #CookingChallenge #PlatoNacional #DeliciousFood #WorldFood #WorldFoods #WorldFoodChallenge #NationalDishChallenge #Recipe #Recipes #InternationalFood #InternationalFoods #Foodstagram #Foodies #FoodLover #Foods #FoodPrep #FoodBlog #FoodLovers #Foodstagram #FoodLove #FoodPost #FoodLife #TommyEatsWorld #TomasSaraceni
