I've always struggled with growing my biceps and if I could go back in time I would change a ton of things. The first mistake I made when it came to growing my arms bigger was not enough focus on form. I was self conscious of my biceps being small, so I would focus a ton of my workout on heavy barbell curls with terrible form. Spending 10 sets per week of barbell cheat curls is no way to get big biceps. The biggest switch that I have made in my bicep training is I focus on hitting several different intensity factors each workout. In this video I show you a very intense bicep workout and I only performed one exercise throughout. The reason it's so effective is i'm using several intensity factors. The first being heavy progressive overload movements but with a huge focus on form. The second is a dropset where i'm maximizing muscle damage and metabolic stress on the muscle, and the third is a static hold bicep flex.
