Cypriot Style Loukaniko Souvlaki (Wine infused pork sausages in pita bread). A wonderful alternative option traditional in every Cypriot home. Many Cypriots make there own loukanika (Wine infused smoked pork sausages) and many use them as an alternative to when they cook there traditional Cypriot pork souvlakia (You can see these videos on my YouTube Channel as well). Traditionally in Cyprus, pork souvlakia, whilst being the favourite, are usually filled with tomato, cucumber, parsley and onion. Whereas in Greece, the traditional souvlaki would have lettuce instead of cucumber with a few potatoes all wrapped in a pita bread. I hope you enjoy the video
