Again aliens are zapping humans making them dance against their will and it's your job to observe, report, then dance. I loved the first installment, and this one is absolutely incredible. I never got to play this one on an actual Dreamcast, but professional reviews have stated that this was a much better port of the DC version than the first Space Channel 5. Not that it would matter because this game looks and plays excellently. This time around all the backgrounds are rendered in real time versus the pre-rendered full motion video in the first game. Also Ulala's movements are in perfect sync with your inputs which makes the game much easier to play since your timing is not being thrown off by delayed movements as in the first game. As you can see and hear the music changes often and are the moves are much more complex this time around. UGA managed to improve every single aspect of the game with still retaining the charm that made the first Space Channel 5 great. Bottom line is that if you loved the first Space Channel 5, you will want to hump part 2's very sexy legs. Yes I have problems. The only prescription is more Space Channel 5. This game is now even available on the XBOX360 and PC in the Dreamcast Collection that also includes Crazy Taxi, Sega Bass Fishing, and Sonic Adventure. Clearly that collection is worth it just to have this game.
