He is super fast and hits like a train. Unless you wanna suffer countless deaths, I recommend going for a dodge-based approach. Bring in a Specter in. During Phase 1, make sure that Victor aggros the Specter. While he fights him, you can deal damage from behind. If you’re lucky, you can even get him groggy for a Fatal Strike. During Phase 2, try to dodge all of his attacks to the best of your ability and only land 2-3 hits max every time he finishes a sequence. Again, as soon as he’s groggy, perform a Fatal Strikke.
