The Gold Coins of Vijayanagara Empire was exhibited by Shri Chagan Raj Jain, Senior Numismatist at the 17th National Numismatic Exhibition (NNE) 2026, held from February 20th to 22nd, 2026, at Shikshak Sadan, KG Road, Bengaluru – 560002. The exhibit featured gold coins of the Sangama Dynasty—founders Harihara I and Bukka Raya I; the Saluva Dynasty—Saluva Narasimha; the Tuluva Dynasty—Krishnadevaraya; and the Aravidu Dynasty—Tirumala Raya. The National Numismatic Exhibition (NNE), organised by Marudhar Arts, India’s leading numismatic auction house, has been a premier annual event since its inception in 2011. The exhibition attracts collectors, scholars, dealers, and enthusiasts from across the country. It features extensive displays of coins, paper money, and philatelic material, along with live auctions and academic sessions.
